Pants and Wags does NOT authorize the reselling of items purchased on this website for resale on ecommerce channels and has established pricing guidelines for approved wholesale
accounts.

Our pricing policy is made to protect the integrity of the Pants and Wags, Rebel Green and Lice Queen product lines and our network of retailers. Our Map pricing applies to, but is not limited to, advertising in catalogs, direct mail, websites, in-store displays and any and all electronic medium available.

Your minimum advertised price must be equal to our greater than Pants and Wags, Rebel Green and Lice Queen’s Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price on every product. Any discounting that results in a net advertised price of any Pants and Wags, Rebel Green or Lice Queen products through rebates, coupons, percentage discounts or any other manner will be considered noncompliance to the MAP policy.

In the event that Pants and Wags, Rebel Green or Lice Queen receives information that a party is advertising a Pants and Wags, Rebel Green or Lice Queen product below MAP, Pants and Wags, Rebel Green or Lice Queen will contact the party in noncompliance. Once the seller has been contacted, pricing must be corrected within 3 business days. If pricing is not corrected, Pants and Wags, Rebel Green and/or Lice Queen may cease to supply the party and/or its distributor.
